Former Youth Minister Facing New Sex Charges

COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa -- A former director of youth ministry at an Omaha church, who is awaiting trial in Douglas County on a charge of sexually assaulting a child, is now facing a similar charge in Pottwattamie County.
